Setiap motor 4 tak membutuhkan pemasangan gir timing yang tepat, atau biasa disebut setel top noken as. Hal ini mutlak karena noken as berfungsi sebagai pengatur buka dan tutup klep. Maka, jika meleset sedikit saja pemasangan top gir timing ini bisa mengakibatkan permasalahan pada satria kesayangan seperti motor susah hidup, ga mau dihidupkan atau bahkan kalo sampai terjadi hubungan terlarang antara piston dan klep bisa sampai mematahkan klep.
Nah, jangan binun dulu..disini saya ingin berbagi tentang cara pasang gir timing satria 150 f yang pas.
- Posisikan piston pada TMA alias Titik Mati Atas,kalo ga ngerti bisa diintip di lubang intip yang ada di blok sebelah kiri hingga terlihat huruf T pada magnet. Ini menunjukkan piston sudah berada pada titik mati atas.
- Pasang noken as ex alias buang, biasanya terdapat tanda ex pada badan noken asnya. lihat pada gir di noken as buang, disitu terdapat angka 1. Sesuaikan angka 1 itu di bibir kepala silinder.
- Lihat di bagian atas ada angka 2, nah ini sebagai patokan pemasangan dengan noken as in. Hitung dari angka 2 di noken as ex sampai angka 3 di noken as in.
- Kelar deh, yang masih bingung bisa pentengin nih gambar dibawah..
- Pasang sisanya dan satria f kesayangan bisa berpacu lagi.
